For umpires interested in joining our team for the first time, the following forms are required to get you started. All forms must be submitted prior to your first assignment.

Umpire Membership Agreement

All new and returning umpires must complete a new Umpire Membership Agreement each year. Completion of the membership form is required by all TSB Umpires annually, prior to the first accepted assignment for the year.

By accepting an assignment to work for TSB Umpires, you are acknowledging the required Membership Agreement and understand that the annual membership fee will be deducted from your first assignment, regardless of whether you complete and submit the Membership Agreement. Once the Membership Agreement is completed and submitted with your requested hat and shirt size, you will receive your items.

Returning umpires do not need to complete any additional forms UNLESS you have failed to complete one of the forms in the past, or if any of your information has changed.

If your banking info has changed from a previously submitted ACH form, you are responsible for submitting a new form with updated banking info. If you fail to do so, the banking info that we have on file for you will be used for payment REGARDLESS of how long it has been since you submitted the prior form.
